What do they do differently? What do they offer their members? What does it take to become a member of IRIS? -- ** can you provide references, people who attended your 4 day workshop, who could be contacted to discuss their experience of the training?** -- is it you or your associates who teach the course? -- how long have you been teaching the training course? -- are audio-visuals used in your presentations to help illustrate points being made or are the lessons through the manual? -- what is the next step for those who attend your training?
